Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States, and internationally to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days domestically, and 5-8 business days internationally, depending on your location.

International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price at checkout. We are not able to predict or estimate what these charges will be, as they vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Simply Elegant Finds Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@simplyelegantfindsco.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future.
